Request VocabFolio Account Deletion
Can't sign in to delete your account from the app? Submit your registered email below and our team will process your deletion request within 30 days. If you can still sign in, it's faster to delete your account directly in Settings → Danger Zone → Delete Account.
Your request is verified by our team before deletion to protect your account from unauthorized removal.
Once your deletion request is processed, all your data — including your word lists, quiz history, study sessions, badges, and account information — is permanently deleted from our systems. Your login record is retained by the platform but fully anonymized, with no personal data attached. No billing records are retained on our side. If you used the bulk-import feature to upload a file, the original file may remain in storage after deletion but is no longer linked to your account or any identifying information.
